Job summary

PT. Mugi Rekso Abadi (MRA) is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead overall finance and accounting functions, shaping financial strategy, reporting, and consolidation in a dynamic media, retail, and lifestyle group.

You will drive risk management, internal controls, tax compliance, and audit oversight while partnering with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning; prior ERP implementation experience is required.

Qualifications

• Min 10–12 years in F&A with audit background; Big4 is a plus.
• Overseas graduates welcome.
• CA/CPA; Brevet A/B/C preferred.
• ERP implementation experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance & accounting: strategy, reporting, consolidation.

Overseas graduates (Asia Region) welcome

Experience: min. 10-12 years in F&A with audit background (Ex-Big4 manager+ a plus)

Professional certification preferred: CA/CPA; Brevet A/B/C

Have soft skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, risk management, change management (esp. ERP transition); execuitve communication, stakeholder management

Industry (retail, F&B, media) experience in similiar sector is a plus

ERP Implementation (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
