Job summary

PT ABM Investama Tbk in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Finance Business Partner Senior Specialist to drive strategic financial insight and governance across the business.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, monitor cash flow, and support cost control to enhance operational profitability. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Operations to translate data into actionable recommendations and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Budgeting, Financial Planning, or Cost Control.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and cost analysis, with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and operational teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI, SAP/ERP, PSAK/IFRS, and experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, infrastructure, or related industries would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operational teams to provide financial insights, evaluate performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning activities, monitor actual vs. budget performance, analyze variances, and prepare financial projections.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliation, AP/AR monitoring, cash flow management, and supporting financial documentation.
• Monitor costs, receivables, and cash flow while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Operations, management, and other stakeholders to strengthen financial governance, support audits, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Purpose

Act as a strategic finance partner to the business by providing financial insights, budgeting and forecasting, performance analysis, and cost control to support sound business decisions and sustainable operational performance.

This role works closely with business and operational teams to turn financial and operational data into practical recommendations, while maintaining strong financial governance and control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Business Partnering

Partner with business and operational teams to provide financial insights, evaluate business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis

Lead budgeting and financial planning activities, monitor actual vs. budget performance, analyze variances, and prepare financial projections.
