Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join as a Finance Business Partner in Jakarta Pusat. You will align financial insights with business goals, lead forecasting cycles, and partner with multiple departments to drive performance and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in FP&A, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills to deliver data-driven decisions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in FP&A/Business Partnering.
• Preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
• Strong commercial finance leader with demonstrated experience leading a diverse and talented team.
• A motivated individual, who can work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business at all levels.
• Problem solving skills, capable of maintaining accuracy and attention to detail whilst under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• Business partnering and managing forecasts experience.
• Strong business acumen and commercial interest in the business.
• Stakeholder engagement and well‑developed influencing skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and systems experience.
