Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree S1 in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
• Experience in logistics and forwarding industry preferred.
• High integrity, leadership, deadline-oriented, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan, develop, monitor and update companies and projects' budgets and transactions.
• Create and update financial reports including financial statements, P&L, cash flow, and accounting reports.
• Monitor, file and update all bank and account statements, AR/AP items with complete records and evidence.
• Create and update cash flow projections regularly.
• Compile, calculate, check, report and monitor all types of taxes with full compliance and accuracy on time.
• Seek and apply best practices for accounting operation efficiency to oneself, one's team and across companies.
• Perform and contribute to periodic accounting and finance analysis, audits, tax restitutions to detect and solve potential and incumbent problems.
