Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor all company and project income and expenses.
• Prepare, track, maintain, and archive financial records and reports.
• Prepare and issue invoices as required.
• Maintain and update accounting and transaction records.
• Process online banking transactions, purchases, and operational expense requests.
• Regularly prepare and submit accounting reports.
• Review and cross-check data and transactions, including Onsite App records, to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain invoices, receipts, payment proofs, and supporting documents.
• Handle bank transactions, payments, document collection/delivery, and other accounting-related activities.
• Perform other duties related to the accounting function as required by the Company.
