Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Accurate Software.
• Understanding of accounting, finance, and taxation principles.
• Attention to detail, integrity and responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Record daily financial transactions (journal entries) accurately and on time.
• Handle financial administration: AR, AP, invoices, payments.
• Ensure financial documents are complete, organized, and maintained.
• Assist with tax administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial transactions.
• Implement company financial procedures and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting process: preparation, monitoring, variance analysis.
