Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di keuangan, akuntansi, atau bisnis.
• Pengalaman 2–3 tahun.
• Kemampuan teknik: Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, sistem akuntansi, pajak; pengalaman dengan Xero diutamakan.
• Keterampilan lunak: komunikasi baik, pemecahan masalah, proaktif, manajemen waktu.
• Pengetahuan Perpajakan Indonesia dan standar akuntansi.
• Berpengalaman dengan perusahaan multinasional.
• Bahasa: Indonesia dan Inggris.
• Berbasis di Jakarta, atau Bali dipertimbangkan.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi operasi keuangan harian dan administrasi kantor dengan teliti.
• Mengelola arus kas, daftar pembayaran, kas kecil, dan dokumentasi pendukung.
• Menyusun laporan pembayaran yang jelas untuk pimpinan.
• Berperan sebagai penghubung finansial antara departemen.
• Menjaga catatan perbankan dan menjadi kontak utama dengan mitra bank.
• Memasukkan data ke Xero dan Google Drive; menjaga ekosistem keuangan tetap mutakhir.
• Pengalaman dengan pencatatan dan pelaporan pajak.
• Mengerjakan tugas ad hoc saat diperlukan.

As our Finance Associate, you are the "Financial Navigator" of our daily operations. You will ensure that our administrative and financial engines are running smoothly, providing the data and support needed to keep our fleet in the air and our business growing.

Job Descriptions :

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily administrative tasks and office finance operations with meticulous care.

• Cash Flow Management: Prepare payment lists, manage petty cash, and ensure all supporting documentation is airtight.

• Reporting: Create and maintain clear, actionable payment reports that help leadership make informed decisions.

• Cross -Functional Collaboration: Act as the financial bridge between departments, coordinating payment requests and ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed.

• Banking & Documentation: Maintain organized records and serve as a key point of contact for our banking partners.

• Digital Stewardship: Keep our financial ecosystem up to date by inputting data into Xero, our accounting systems, and Google Drive.

• Taxation: Experiences with tax recording and submission.

• Agility: Tackle ad hoc assignments and special projects as we scale our operations across the archipelago.

Requirements

You are a proactive professional who thrives in a multinational setting. You understand that in finance, "good enough" isn't enough—you strive for accuracy and efficiency in everything you do.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

• Experience 2 -3 years

• Technical skills: Familiar with Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, accounting systems and tax, and ideally Xero specifically

• Soft skills: Good communication, problem solving, pro active, time management

• Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax regulations and Accounting standards

• Experienced with multi -national company

• Language: Indonesian and English

• Based in Jakarta. or Bali may also be considered for the right candidate.
