Job summary

Japfa, an Indonesia-based agribusiness company, is seeking a Treasury Manager in Jakarta to oversee cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management. The role involves forecasting, cash optimization, and building relationships with financial service providers.

You will collaborate with finance teams, monitor bank fees, and ensure accurate cash/Bank schedules for month-end close. Requirements include a finance degree and 3–5 years of treasury experience, plus SAP proficiency and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of treasury management or related experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with SAP and banking systems.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management.
• Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares forecasts.
• Prepare or monitor cash flow forecasts and financial modeling.
• Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
• Manage relationships with financial service providers.
• Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
• Monthly cash flow statement and forecast.
