Job summary

PT Mitra Belanja Anda is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager based in Tangerang. The role focuses on leading finance operations, overseeing AP/AR, and managing cash flow for multiple locations. Strong SAP FICO and Excel skills, plus PSAK and tax knowledge, are essential.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in finance with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a proven ability to develop a collaborative team while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years in Supervisor/Assistant Manager level.
• Retail FMCG/supermarket industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Knowledge of taxation (PPh and PPN) and PSAK accounting standards.
• Strong leadership, analytical and numerical skills with ability to motivate and develop a collaborative team and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay all Accounts Payable accurately and on time per SOPs and tax regulations.
• Ensure Accounts Receivable are collected and monitor aging of receivables.
• Monitor and oversee cash flow for branches and Head Office.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating and evaluating team performance and building a collaborative team.
• Ensure vouchers entered into SAP FICO are accurate and properly recorded.

Job description

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years of experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
- Experience in the retail (FMCG/supermarket) industry is a plus
- Proficient in SAP FICO and Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
- Must have knowledge of taxation, including PPh and PPN, as well as applicable accounting standards (PSAK)
- Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a collaborative team while effectively solving problems and maintaining strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all Accounts Payable (AP) are processed and paid accurately, on time, in accordance with company SOPs and applicable tax regulations
- Ensure all Accounts Receivable (AR) are properly collected and monitor the aging of receivables
- Monitor and oversee cash flow for both branches and the Head Office
- Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating and evaluating team performance and building a solid, collaborative team
- Ensure all vouchers entered into SAP FICO are accurate and properly recorded
