Job summary

PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk in Jakarta seeks a Finance professional to supervise and coordinate daily Accounts Payable and Treasury activities, monitor cash flow, oversee bank transactions and reconciliations, and prepare treasury and financial reports.

With a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in Finance AP/Treasury supervisory roles, you will ensure accurate records, strong stakeholder collaboration, and compliance with policies as Paradise Indonesia continues to develop iconic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance AP, Treasury, or Senior Accounting roles as a Supervisor.
• Brevet A & B certification is required
• Proficient in accounting systems and ERP applications
• Experience with IFCA accounting software is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and bank reconciliation
• Good leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and banking partners regarding payments and financial matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable regulations
• Supervise team performance and ensure the effective execution of AP and Treasury functions
