Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance AP, Treasury, or Senior Accounting roles as a Supervisor.
• Brevet A & B certification is required
• Proficient in accounting systems and ERP applications
• Experience with IFCA accounting software is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong skills in financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and bank reconciliation
• Good leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Treasury activities to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
• Monitor cash flow and manage daily cash requirements to support the company's financial operations
• Oversee bank transactions, bank reconciliation, and payment activities
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow reports, and other treasury-related reports
• Ensure accurate financial data recording and proper documentation of financial transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments and banking partners regarding payments and financial matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable regulations
• Supervise team performance and ensure the effective execution of AP and Treasury functions
