Job summary

Anabatic Technologies in Tangerang is seeking a Finance (Account Payable) Invoice Officer to support AP processes. You will check invoices against purchase orders, record entries into the ERP, and assist with monthly advance settlements while reconciling outstanding payables with vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or related major, has 1–2 years’ AP experience (fresh graduates with finance internships are welcome), is proficient in Ms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related major.
• 1-2 years experience as Finance Officer (Accounts Payable).
• Fresh graduates with internship in Finance are welcome.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel.
• Familiar with financial journalling or reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check invoices and receipts for PO compliance.
• Record incoming invoices into ERP system.
• Process monthly advance settlements.
• Reconcile outstanding AP with vendors.
