Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting activities with proper documentation.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and support daily financial operations.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with tax administration and other finance-related matters.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is not only capable of handling daily finance and accounting activities but also has strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, identify potential issues, and actively contribute ideas to improve work processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily finance and accounting activities, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and documented.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Prepare and process invoices, payment requests, and other financial documents.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

Monitor cash flow and support daily financial operations.

Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records and documentation.

Assist with tax administration and other finance-related matters.

Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures.

Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and proactively propose solutions.

Review existing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Perform other finance and accounting duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial administration.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Experience using accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.

Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
