Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM is seeking an organized Administrative & Finance Assistant of Indonesian operations in Jakarta Selatan. The role focuses on recording financial transactions, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

The candidate will support AR, cash advances, and journal postings, while assisting in daily financial entries under supervision. Strong detail orientation and ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial administration and internal controls is required.
• Familiarity with warehouse administration and inventory documentation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation, data verification, and deadline management skills.
• Basic understanding of financial reconciliation and transaction recording.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions for Sales & Marketing programs, including Accounts Receivable and sales deposits.
• Follow up on discrepancies and prepare documentation for Sales teams, reporting inconsistencies to supervisor.
• Assist in cash advances control, journal postings, and daily maintenance of financial records under supervision.
• Help implement company financial policies and internal controls and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records, assist in inventory checks and warehouse operations.
• Support field employees in adhering to HSE standards and administrative procedures.
