Job summary

Picket Fence Pre-School (Pekanbaru) is seeking a finance professional to support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for our educational center. The ideal candidate holds at least an Associate Degree, has 2 years in finance or accounting, communicates in English, and demonstrates strong administrative skills with attention to detail for school data and reporting.

Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any major; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within an educational environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and P&L.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and prospective families.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and documentation, reports, and school data management.
