Job summary

PT Human Protalent Indonesia is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the accounting function in Jakarta. The role requires 10+ years in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include overseeing month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, while coordinating with auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and applicable accounting standards.
Experience in month-end and year-end closing, reconciliation, and GL review.
Experience in sales accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems/ERP (Kingdee or equivalent).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with auditors and stakeholders.
CPA or CA qualification would be preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and review the work of the finance team.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and accurate reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and intercompany reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
