PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is assisting a client in Jakarta to hire a Finance Accounting Tax General Manager. The role demands leadership over finance, accounting, and tax operations with hands-on management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

The candidate will oversee cash flow, banking relationships, FX exposure, and tax compliance, while driving internal controls and ERP governance, including SAP. Jakarta-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Experience as Finance Manager or higher in multinational/foreign-owned company in Indonesia
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS closing and reporting

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all finance, accounting, and tax operations of the company.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow planning, banking transactions, banking relationships, and foreign exchange exposure.
• Monitor and control company financial performance to support business operations and growth.
• Supervise corporate tax compliance, tax filings, transfer pricing, and tax audit responses.
