Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee financial operations across hotels and shopping malls in Bali. The role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, cost control, and profitability while providing strategic insights to support management decisions.

The candidate will lead the Finance & Accounting team, manage reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audits, and coordinate tax compliance across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 7–10 years in Finance and Accounting, incl. 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, shopping mall, property, or tourism industry.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or Indonesian Tax Brevet A & B are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, tax regs, and audit procedures.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow mgmt, profitability analysis.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, Accurate, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Willing to be based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and banking relationships.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate internal and external audits.

• Monitor costs, controls, and budget utilization for efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team across units.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support growth.

The Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, accounting, taxation, and financial reporting across the company's business units, including hotels and shopping malls. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective cost control, and sustainable business profitability while providing strategic financial insights to support management decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in the hotel, hospitality, shopping mall, property, or tourism industry is required.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or Indonesian Tax Brevet A & B are an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and audit procedures.

Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.

Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Willing to be based in Bali.
