Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, or purchasing with managerial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance, accounting, taxation, and purchasing functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Oversee tax calculations, reporting, payments, and compliance with prevailing tax regulations.
• Manage purchasing activities, including vendor selection, price negotiation, purchase approvals, and cost control.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
• Analyze financial performance, identify potential risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the FATP team to achieve departmental targets and maintain high work standards.

Highly detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Agile, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, financial controls, and procurement processes.

High integrity, professionalism, and accountability in handling confidential financial information.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in property management, shopping malls, retail, or hospitality will be an advantage.
