PT Mirah Global Investment, melalui Mirah Hospitality Group, akan menunjuk Financial Controller berpengalaman untuk mengelola operasional keuangan kelompok perhotelan di Badung, Bali. Peran mencakup pelaporan keuangan, anggaran, arus kas, dan kepatuhan regulasi Indonesia.

Anda bekerja dengan manajemen senior dan tim operasional properti untuk memberikan analisis keuangan, rekomendasi strategis, dan memimpin tim keuangan & akuntansi.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan.
• Kualifikasi profesional CPA/CA diutamakan.
• 7–10 tahun pengalaman keuangan, khususnya sebagai Financial Controller atau manajemen keuangan senior.
• Pengalaman di industri perhotelan sangat diinginkan.
• Penguasaan pelaporan keuangan, budgeting, forecast, arus kas, dan kontrol biaya.
• Memahami standar akuntansi Indonesia, perpajakan, dan kepatuhan.

Responsibilities

• Mengawasi pelaporan keuangan bulanan, triwulan, dan tahunan untuk properti grup.
• Mengelola perencanaan anggaran, proyeksi keuangan, dan arus kas.
• Memantau pendapatan, biaya operasional, dan profitabilitas per properti.
• Analisis kinerja keuangan terhadap anggaran dan identifikasi peluang efisiensi.
• Menetapkan pengendalian internal, prosedur akuntansi, dan kebijakan keuangan.
• Mengawasi accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, dan penutupan bulanan.
• Memantau rekonsiliasi pendapatan harian dan pendapatan terkait okupansi.
• Pastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi Indonesia dan regulasi pajak.
• Koordinasi dengan auditor eksternal, konsultan pajak, dan pemangku kepentingan.
• Menyusun analisis keuangan dan laporan manajemen untuk keputusan strategis.
• Tinjau proses keuangan dan tingkatkan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas.
• Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim keuangan dan akuntansi.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our hospitality group in Badung, Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial performance across multiple hospitality properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, cost control, and compliance with applicable Indonesian financial and tax regulations.

Working closely with senior management and property operations teams, you will provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to improve profitability, optimise operational costs, strengthen internal controls, and support the group's continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the group's hospitality properties.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance monitoring.

Monitor revenue, operating expenses, departmental costs, and profitability across hotels, villas, and other hospitality operations.

Analyse financial performance against budgets and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes.

Monitor daily revenue reconciliation, occupancy-related revenue, and other key hospitality financial indicators in coordination with property teams.

Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.

Monitor working capital, cash flow, payment schedules, and financial commitments.

Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Review financial processes and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounting team.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CA, or an equivalent qualification are preferred.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a Financial Controller or senior finance management position.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly managing finances across multiple properties, hotels, resorts, or villas, is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.

Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.

Experience monitoring hospitality revenue, operational expenses, departmental budgets, and property profitability.

Proficiency in accounting software, financial management systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance and accounting teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and financial priorities effectively.
