Job summary

PT Griya Pesona Integrita, a private investment holding with diverse interests in Property Development, F&B, and Services, seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager. You will oversee end-to-end FAT processes, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure accurate financial statements.

You will coordinate with directors and business units, maintain internal controls, support audits, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• 5–10 years in Finance & Accounting with managerial experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficient in accounting cycles and financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide business insights.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of internal controls and financial governance.
• Nice to have: experience in F&B, venue/property management, or multi-unit environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FAT processes: accounting, reporting, AR/AP, cash flow, budgeting.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and internal controls.
• Review bank reconciliations and financial statements for accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits with data and documents.
• Provide financial insights to Directors and management for decision making.
• Identify and implement process improvements across entities.

Job description

Ensure FAT processes run end-to-end, including accounting, financial reporting, AR/AP, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting, and preparation and finalization of financial statements

Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance to provide insights and recommendations supporting business decisions and strategy

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projection, including actual vs budget/forecast analysis and variance monitoring

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, internal policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations

Review bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information

Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, including data and document preparation and follow‑up on audit findings

Participate in and/or lead finance, accounting, tax, and business‑related projects, providing financial analysis and recommendations as needed

Coordinate with Directors, Management, Business Units, and related functions to provide financial information and insights supporting decision‑making

Ensure consistency of FAT processes, standards, and governance across all entities and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements

Minimum S1 education in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field

5–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with experience in a managerial position

Experience leading and developing teams

Proficiency in accounting cycles, financial statement preparation, and Indonesian tax regulations

Ability to read and analyze financial statements and provide business insights and recommendations

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis

Understanding of accounting standards, taxation, internal control, and financial governance

Comfortable handling projects and multiple priorities

Preferred: experience in F&B, venue/property management, outsourcing, education enterprise, distribution, or multi‑unit business environments

Preferred: experience managing Finance, Accounting & Tax functions in group or holding
