Job summary

DEMIE BAKMIE 69 in Indonesia seeks a Finance Leader to run the end-to-end financial and accounting function with minimal supervision, shaping reporting, governance and strategy.

You will manage monthly and annual closings, PSAK/SAK reporting, budgeting, cash flow, external audits, tax compliance, and internal controls while guiding the FAT team and optimizing ERP-based processes using advanced Excel expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Taxation.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and analysis.
• Deep mastery of PSAK/SAK and Indonesian tax regulations (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
• Experience with external audits and tax inspections.
• Proficient in ERP and advanced Excel.

Responsible for monthly and annual closing processes, preparing complete financial reports in accordance with PSAK/SAK, managing cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations including cash projections and payment planning. Lead annual budget and projection preparation, monitor budget performance against actuals, and present financial analysis including profitability, variances, cost control, and KPIs with strategic recommendations to management. Manage working capital including accounts receivable collection, accounts payable scheduling, and banking relationships. Lead external audit processes, design internal controls and SOPs for financial processes, manage tax compliance and tax planning, handle tax inspections and objection submissions to tax authorities, and lead, develop, and review the FAT team's work.

About you

Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance

5–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Taxation

Strong expertise in financial reporting, budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial analysis

Deep mastery of PSAK/SAK and understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot)

Proven track record in handling external audits and tax inspections

Experience using ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling)

Strong leadership qualities, good analytical abilities, and high integrity

Preferred: experience at a reputable Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

Preferred: Brevet A & B certification; CA/CPA/CMA is an added value
