Job summary

PT Panca Dwi Karya seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end FAT processes, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role focuses on delivering actionable financial insights to guide business decisions and strategy in a managerial capacity.

You will lead and develop teams, ensure Indonesian tax compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits while driving governance across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with experience in a managerial position.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency in accounting cycles, financial statement preparation, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and provide business insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of accounting standards, taxation, internal control, and financial governance.
• Comfortable handling projects and multiple priorities.
• Prior experience managing Finance, Accounting & Tax functions in multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FAT processes run end-to-end, including accounting, financial reporting, AR/AP, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting, and preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance to provide insights and recommendations supporting business decisions and strategy.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projection, including actual vs budget/forecast analysis and variance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, internal policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Review bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, including data and document preparation and follow-up on audit findings.
• Participate in and/or lead finance, accounting, tax, and business-related projects, providing financial analysis and recommendations as needed.
• Coordinate with Directors, Management, Business Units, and related functions to provide financial information and insights supporting decision-making.
• Ensure consistency of FAT processes, standards, and governance across all entities and identify process improvement opportunities.
