Job summary

PT Indonesia Defence Services is seeking an entry-level administrator/accounting support in Jakarta. You will fill and maintain documents, coordinate with related parties, and assist in AP/AR reporting while ensuring SOP-aligned processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage large data sets with attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Brevet is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Able to manage large volumes of documents.
• Brevet certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill in and maintain documents properly and accurately.
• Coordinate with related parties in resolving administrative issues.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports including AP and AR.
• Ensure administrative processes are carried out in accordance with SOPs.
• Record and journaling accounting source documents.
• Store, organize, and manage accounting documents chronologically.
