Job summary

Triputra Visi Energi (TRIVE) is seeking an experienced finance professional in Jakarta to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments and collections.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and finance regulations, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and at least four years’ experience in finance. You will work onsite in Pancoran with a focus on compliance and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 4 years in finance/accounting; public accounting firm experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian finance, accounting, and tax regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, agile, and resilient under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
• WFO in Pancoran, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Process AR/AP invoices with supporting documents to ensure timely payments.
• Issue and dispatch customer invoices within 3 days.
• Coordinate with Tax Officer for VAT compliance.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and payment schedules.
• Escalate invoicing issues to Finance Section Head.
• Verify and match vendor invoices against POs/GR-SR in the system.
• Record and validate PO and non-PO invoices.
• Schedule supplier payments per TOP for management approval.
• Resolve document discrepancies and negotiate payment delays with vendors.

Job description

Responsibility:

Processing AR/AP invoices and verifying supporting documents to ensure timely supplier payments and customer collections in accordance with agreed Terms of Payment (TOP).

Key Duties:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• 1.Issue and dispatch customer invoices with supporting documents within 3 days.
• 2. Coordinate with Tax Officer to ensure VAT compliance on all invoices.
• 3. Follow up on unpaid invoices and confirm customer payment schedules.
• 4. Escalate delayed invoicing issues to the Finance Section Head promptly.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• 1.Verify and match vendor invoices against POs, Delivery Orders, and GR/SR in the system.
• 2. Record and validate all PO and non-PO vendor invoices accurately.
• 3. Schedule supplier payments according to agreed TOP for management approval.
• 4. Resolve document discrepancies and negotiate payment delays with vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• 2. Minimum 4 years of experience in finance/accounting; prior experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
• 3. Solid, up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian finance, accounting, and tax regulations.
• 4. Detail-oriented, organized, honest, agile, and resilient under pressure.
• 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required) and Google Workspace.
• 6. Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
• 7. Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO) in Pancoran, Jakarta.
