Job summary

PT Pentagon Logistics is seeking a Finance Accounting Staff to manage financial records, ledgers, and reporting. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of taxation, and the ability to handle AP/AR processes in a forwarding company context.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, 2 years of related experience or 1 year from an Audit Firm, and strong command of English. Located in North Jakarta, with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• English language proficiency is required, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for decision-making.

Job description

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position or 1 year from Audit Firm.

Specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Honest, Discipline, Loyal, decisive and able to work underpressure.

Understand to handle bookkeeping, petty cash, and invoicing.

Good undestanding of taxation : PPh Art 21, 23, 25, 29, VAT,

Have Brevet A & B is an adventage.

Able to maintain AP & AR, and scheduling, especialy in Forwarding Company.

Experienced from Freight Forwarder will be an adventage

Tasks and Objectives:

Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts.

Reviewing financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Performing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Reviewing and processing Customer Invoices or Receives with an accurate booking to the System.

Providing Receivables Statement periodicly and Collections.

Providing timely financial information to support decision-making processes.

Contributing to the overall financial health and stability of the organisation.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and studying account information.

Manage treasury payment issues where applicable, including domestic and foreign payments.

Ensure that the organisation complies with all financial regulations including tax laws.

Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
