Job summary

Ku Creatives Unlimited is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to manage daily financial operations, maintain records, and support management with insights. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and experience in a service-based or agency setting.

The candidate will handle AP/AR/GL, monthly and annual reporting, budgeting support, and tax compliance. On-site work in South Jakarta from 9am to 6pm is expected, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in creative or agency environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and accounting software.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Record and maintain accurate financial data in accordance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank, credit card, and expense reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, client payments, and outstanding invoices.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Track project-based expenses and profitability for agency projects.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams regarding billing and cost tracking.
• Maintain organized financial documents, invoices, and contracts.

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting to manage the company's daily financial and accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting management with financial insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in handling finance functions within a service-based or agency environment.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Record and maintain accurate financial data in accordance with accounting standards
• Perform bank, credit card, and expense reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, client payments, and outstanding invoices

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Track project-based expenses and profitability for agency projects
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decisions

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and submit tax reports (PPN, PPh, and related filings) in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate with external tax consultants or auditors when required

Administrative & Cross-Department Support

• Coordinate with operations and project teams regarding billing and cost tracking
• Maintain organized financial documents, invoices, and contracts
• Support improvements to finance and accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working in a creative agency, digital agency, or service-based company
• Experience handling project-based billing and multi-client invoicing
• Familiarity with online banking and invoicing systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlinesAble to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Have own laptop or device
• Willing to WFO from 9am - 6pm in South Jakarta
