Job summary

Global Tiket Network is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to review and approve manual B2B transactions and reconcile cross-system data. You will validate supplier payments, support invoicing processes, and prepare key closing reports.

The role requires 3-4 years in Finance & Accounting, familiarity with Big 4 or digital/e-commerce environments, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with Product, Business, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Experience in Big 4 or equivalent audit firm and digital/e-commerce or tech companies is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with B2B transactions: invoicing, billing, receivables, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve manual B2B corporate transactions via Salesforce.
• Reconcile Salesforce and Workday data; investigate unmatched or failed records.
• Validate supplier payments for accuracy and completeness; support invoicing processes.
• Prepare closing reports: Manual Transactions, AR Aging, Sales & COGS, Accruals, VAT.
• Monitor unbilled invoices; reconcile Sundry B2B accounts and Bank netting.
• Handle daily B2B operational cases; coordinate with EDP and Product teams on system updates.
• Collaborate withVertical Finance for invoice transactions.
