Job summary

PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia is seeking a Credit Analyst to oversee the end-to-end credit process across designated areas, review credit proposals, and perform on-site assessments when needed.

The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and willingness to travel nationwide. Prior 1–2 years in heavy equipment is advantageous for understanding industry risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a reputable university.
• Min GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tabulation).
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in English, for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
• Willingness to travel across the nation.
• 1–2 years experience in heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, especially in heavy equipment, coal mining, mineral mining, forestry.
• Understanding of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the end-to-end credit application process across the designated area in compliance with company standards and policies, as well as external regulatory requirements.
• Review and prepare credit proposals and recommendations that align with internal credit policies and risk appetite.
• Perform on-site visits to assess customer business operations if required.
• Monitor portfolio performance and emerging risk trends both within the area and across relevant industry sectors.
