Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor for the FTU East Bulk Site to lead the finance function and ensure accurate reporting of trucking operations.

You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, monthly close, tax compliance, and internal controls, coordinating with the Tax Department and site leadership to support cost control and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree of Accounting.
• Logistics industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of PSAK and financial accounting principles.
• Experienced in Finance, General Accounting, and Tax.
• In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations & coretax.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting operations for FTU East Bulk Site.
• Monitor trucking transaction records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Control use of operational funds aligned with objectives.
• Manage customer collections and payments to vendors, transporters, and suppliers.
• Review site petty cash usage.
• Verify customer invoicing and vendor documents per standards.
• Monitor cash inflows/outflows for site operations.
• Evaluate accounts receivable process and AR aging.
• Oversee accounts payable process and vendor payments.
• Maintain trucking asset records and optimize asset use.
• Coordinate tax calculation and withholding with Tax Department and GL reconciliation.
• Manage monthly closing and site financial reports to Site Controller.
• Ensure accuracy of journals, classifications, and trucking costing.
• Identify variances between budget and actual trucking costs for cost control.
• Maintain accounting documentation for internal and external audits.

Job description

Supervise and take responsibility for the Finance & Accounting operations of the FTU East Bulk Site.

Monitor and review all financial transaction records related to trucking operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor and control the use of operational funds to ensure alignment with company objectives and site operational requirements.

Control and monitor the schedule of customer collections and payments to vendors, transporters, and suppliers.

Manage and review the site petty cash to ensure its utilization complies with company policies and procedures.

Review and verify customer billing documents and vendor documents, including invoices, tax invoices, POs, delivery orders, BAST, and contracts, in accordance with company standards.

Monitor and control cash inflows and outflows and ensure sufficient cash flow for site operations.

Monitor and evaluate the accounts receivable process, including receivables recording, AR aging monitoring, and coordination of customer payments.

Monitor and review the accounts payable process in accordance with procedures, including vendor document verification and payment scheduling.

Review and maintain the accuracy of operational trucking asset records and ensure optimal utilization of company assets.

Review and implement tax calculation and withholding processes and coordinate with the Tax Department on tax and GL reconciliation.

Manage, monitor, and report the monthly closing process and preparation of site financial reports for submission to the Site Controller.

Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting journals, account classifications, and trucking operational costing in accordance with the company’s cost structure.

Evaluate and identify variances between budget and actual trucking operational costs and provide supporting information for cost control.

Review and maintain the completeness, validity, and availability of Finance & Accounting documentation for internal and external audit purposes.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor Degree of Accounting

Having experience in Logistics Industry will be an advantage

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (e.g., PSAK)

Experienced in Finance, General Accounting, and Tax

In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations & coretax

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

ERP system and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
