Job summary

PT Sino Cargo Indonesia is seeking a Finance professional to manage AR and ensure compliance with Income Tax, VAT, and other taxes. The role includes releasing e-Tax Invoices, preparing tax returns, and maintaining GL with daily and monthly reporting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Tax, 2+ years of experience, and Tax Brevet A/B certification. Proficiency in SAP or Accurate and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English for coordination with foreign supervisor.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as financial personnel.
• Professional Tax Brevet A/B certifications are required.
• Experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding is preferable.
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Accurate) and Excel/Word.
• Ability to prepare, review, and submit Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan).
• Attention to detail, integrity, and strong numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations including Income Tax, VAT, and related taxes.
• Release e-Tax Invoices/Faktur Pajak via Coretax System.
• Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other taxes.
• Monitor tax regulation changes and stay updated.
• Check and approve bank transfers; balance daily bank journal.
• Prepare General Ledger (GL) and daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Work Days : Monday – Friday. 08:30 – 17:00 WIB

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Account Receivable (AR);

Ensure full compliance with company tax obligations, including Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes, in alignment with current regulations;

Release the e-Tax Invoice/Faktur Pajak to the customer by Coretax System;

Prepare and file accurate tax returns for corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes;

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations;

Good understanding of taxation: PPh Art 21, 23, 25, 29, VAT;

Check and approve bank transfer;

Balancing the daily bank journal at the end of each day;

Capable of preparing the General Ledger (GL)

Making daily, weekly and monthly transaction reports;

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor Degree (Accounting / Finance / Tax);

Must have strong communication skills in English, as the role involves direct coordination with foreign supervisor;

Having minimum 2 years of working experience as financial personnel;

Professional certifications like Tax Brevet A/B certifications are required;

Having experience working in Logistic/ Freight forwarding company is preferable;

Proficient in using accounting software (such as SAP, Accurate) and office software (such as Excel and Word);

Having knowledge to manage finance daily activities, financial analysis;

Able to independently prepare, review, and submit Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan);

Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker, and strong integrity;

Strong numeracy skills and responsible for incoming expense and checking correctness;
