Job summary

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya seeks an experienced accounting leader to oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. You will ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and drive accurate, compliant reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in line with PSAK/IFRS, reconciling bank accounts, and mentoring a growing accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare annual management accounts and other reporting in compliance with PSAK / IFRS.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
• Responsible for inventory cost accounting and monthly stock control.
• Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable/receivable, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Support data and documentation to external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
