Job summary

PT. Kode Aplikasi Indonesia is seeking a capable Accounting Operations leader in Jakarta to drive monthly closes, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

You will oversee treasury, budgeting, and cost control while guiding a FAT team to deliver accurate, timely statements and insightful management reports for executive leadership. The role requires a strong foundation in PSAK, VAT, and corporate tax, with proven leadership in cross-functional finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax) and PSAK.
• Proven experience in full cycle accounting and monthly closing with financial statements.
• Experience in treasury, budgeting, and cost control.
• Leadership to manage a cross functional FAT team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly closing process (cut off, accrual, reclass) on time according to the closing calendar.
• Review GL, Fixed Asset, and Inventory/COGS reconciliations for reasonableness.
• Prepare and own financial statements and notes (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Coordinate AR/AP and cash cycle management, and ensure controls and accuracy.
• Oversee VAT and income tax filings, and manage tax reconciliation and audits.
• Develop SOPs and internal controls; lead system governance and UAT for finance tooling.
• Present financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the CEO; mentor FAT members.
