Job summary

TalentLyft represents a dynamic client in the media, digital marketing, and e-commerce industry, based in Jakarta, seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, consolidation, and cash flow across the group.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian SAK, tax regulations, and intercompany eliminations, with responsibilities spanning statutory reporting, consolidation, and strategic financial analysis to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor/Manager-level position.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian SAK, taxation regulations, and financial consolidation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
• Prepare internal consolidated financial statements and manage intercompany transaction eliminations
• Develop project reporting systems to monitor project costs and budget versus actual performance
• Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Manage and optimize company cash flow and liquidity
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient finance and accounting processes
