Antarestar Indonesia is hiring a Finance & Accounting Supervisor/Manager to lead the finance team and ensure accurate reporting. You will oversee the full accounting cycle, tax compliance, and financial closing, while coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 1–2 years in finance, and proven team leadership. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow management, inventory accounting, and cost control is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• At least 1 year in supervising or managing finance staff.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Understanding of full accounting cycle, inventory accounting, COGS/HPP, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cash flow, bank balances, supplier payments, expenses, and CAPEX.
• Monitor working capital incl. inventory turnover, AP/AR aging, and cash conversion cycle.
• Oversee full accounting cycle, closing, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and financial statements.
• Manage tax compliance including PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and monthly/annual reporting.
• Prepare financial and management reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
• Develop annual/monthly budgets, rolling forecasts, sales forecasts, and cost-control strategies.
• Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities:
