Job summary

inHARMONY is Indonesia’s first preventive healthcare clinic, seeking a Finance and Accounting Staff to support financial operations in Jakarta Pusat. You will monitor invoices, manage AR/AP, verify documents, and assist with vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

The role requires a degree (D3/S1) in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with Xero or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Understanding of Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Table is an advantage.
• Familiar with accounting software/ERP; experience using Xero is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record customer and vendor invoices.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding AR.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting payment documents.
• Prepare vendor payments and monitor outstanding AP.
• Perform bank reconciliation and financial transaction reconciliation.
• Input transactions and ensure completeness of accounting documentation.
• Understand basic accounting journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
