Dandelion School of Music Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Specialist to support long-term growth. You will handle daily transaction input, invoicing for Singapore and Indonesia branches, and preparation of financial statements.

The role requires SMK/Diploma in Accounting or Management, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), experience with Accurate, good English, and 1–2 years in Finance/Tax. You will also assist tax filing and maintain orderly filings.

Competenze

• Minimum SMK / Diploma in Accounting or Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and possessing strong organizational skills.
• Experience with accounting software (Accurate) is a MUST.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working in Finance/Accounting/Tax Division.
• Proficient in speaking, listening, and writing English is a MUST as we are a multinational company.

Mansioni

Dandelion School of Music, one of the oldest and largest music schools on the East Coast of Singapore, is now in Indonesia! Seeking an experienced fiannce, accounting, and tax ("FAT") specialist for long-term growth in Dandelion School of Music Indonesia.

Role Overview

The Finance, Accounting, and Tax Administration staff plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate, organized, and timely financial and administrative records. This position bridges day-to-day transaction processing with tax compliance and documentation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Input daily transaction data into the accounting system (i.e. Accurate) - as we use Accurate for our daily accounting system
• Making invoice for Dandelion School of Music Singapore and Dandelion School of Music Indonesia and check for the unpaid invoices
• Creating a comprehensive financial statement for all our branches of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cashflow Statement
• Doing a cost control regarding the teacher's expenses, G&A expense, and also marketing expense

Taxation

• Assist in preparing data for tax reporting (VAT / PPh)
• Ensure tax invoices are properly received and filed

Filing & Reporting

• Maintain a systematic and organized financial document filing system

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK / Diploma in Accounting or Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
