Dandelion School of Music Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Specialist to support long-term growth. You will handle daily transaction input, invoicing for Singapore and Indonesia branches, and preparation of financial statements.

The role requires SMK/Diploma in Accounting or Management, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), experience with Accurate, good English, and 1–2 years in Finance/Tax. You will also assist tax filing and maintain orderly filings.

Competenze

• Minimum SMK / Diploma in Accounting or Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and possessing strong organizational skills.
• Experience with accounting software (Accurate) is a MUST.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working in Finance/Accounting/Tax Division.
• Proficient in speaking, listening, and writing English is a MUST as we are a multinational company.

Mansioni

• Input daily transaction data into the accounting system (Accurate).
• Create invoices for Singapore and Indonesia branches and monitor unpaid invoices.
• Create comprehensive financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Do cost control for teacher expenses, G&A, and marketing expenses.
