Job summary

TAILG Indonesia is hiring a Finance Accounting Staff to support AR activities and expense reviews at our Balaraja factory. The role focuses on verifying sales transactions, preparing invoices, and recording payments to ensure accurate receivable balances.

You will reconcile AR with the general ledger, track dealer rebates, review employee reimbursements, and help prepare monthly expense recaps. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable, or related positions.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understand basic AR, reimbursement/expense review, and accounting processes.
• Familiar with invoice preparation, receivable reconciliation, payment recording, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Retail/F&B/Manufacturing/Electric Vehicle industries is a plus.
• Mandarin is not required; willingness to negotiate salary is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site at TAILG Factory, Balaraja.

Responsibilities

• Check reimbursement documents against company procedures.
• Prepare monthly expense recaps and ensure proper recording of expenses.
• Assist in recording monthly accruals for outstanding expenses.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and expense records.

WE’RE HIRING – FINANCE ACCOUNTING STAFF

Placement: Balaraja, Tangerang, Banten

TAILG Indonesia is a growing company in the electric vehicle industry. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting professional to join our Finance & Accounting team.

This position will primarily handle Accounts Receivable (AR) activities and Expense Review, including sales transaction verification, invoice preparation, receivable reconciliation, payment recording, dealer rebate/bonus tracking, and employee reimbursement review.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales/Business team to verify vehicle sales transactions and prepare sales invoices.
• Check and reconcile outstanding receivables with customers, including matching invoices and tax invoices.
• Record incoming payments and match them with outstanding invoices to ensure proper settlement of receivables.
• Maintain and record dealer rebates (Cashback) and bonus transactions accurately.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable balances with the General Ledger and ensure the records are accurate and complete.
• Collect and conduct an initial review of employee reimbursement documents and receipts.
• Check the completeness and accuracy of reimbursement documents based on company procedures.
• Prepare monthly expense recaps and ensure expenses are properly recorded.
• Assist in recording monthly accruals for outstanding expenses that have not yet been paid.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and expense-related records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable, or related positions.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understand basic Accounts Receivable, reimbursement/expense review, and accounting processes.
• Familiar with invoice preparation, receivable reconciliation, payment recording, and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a Retail/F&B/Manufacturing/Electric Vehicle industry will be an advantage.
• Mandarin is not required. Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage and may provide room for further salary negotiation.
• Willing to work on-site at TAILG Factory, Balaraja.
