Job summary

PT Adhi Cakra Utama Mulia is seeking a capable Technical Support / Application Engineer to advise customers on building materials and project applications. You will travel for site visits, conduct inspections and provide practical technical solutions, while supporting the sales team with technical requirements.

The role requires a civil/construction/materials background, 2–3 years of related experience, and the ability to train applicators and contractors.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, materials engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, site engineering, construction, or related fields.
Experience in building materials or construction products is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction and product application.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers and projects.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting.
Identify problems and provide practical technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and supervise product applications.
Provide technical training to applicators, contractors, and customers.
Support the Sales team in handling technical customer and project requirements.
Identify business opportunities through technical support activities.
Prepare simple reports for site visits, complaints, training, and technical activities.
Maintain records of technical cases and solutions.
