Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Jakarta to deliver technical service support for hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at customer sites. Hybrid work arrangement preferred, with responsibilities covering installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and timely issue resolution.

The role requires a diploma in electro-medical engineering, a professional license if possible, and at least 1 year of experience in medical devices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electro Medical Engineering is required.
• Preferably hold a Professional License as Electromedics (STR).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Technician in Medical Devices.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis to resolve technical problems.
• Ensure activities comply with SOPs, manuals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide service documentation and reports; conduct functional tests before handover.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance to prevent failures.
