Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality service, installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs for haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at customer sites in Indonesia. You will work with hospital engineers and dialysis staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Electro medical Engineering, a professional license if available, and at least 1 year of experience in medical device

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Electro medical Engineering required.
Preferably have Professional License as Electromedics (STR).
Minimum 1 year of experience as Technician in Medical Devices company.
Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance for haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at customer sites.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical problems.
Follow SOPs, manuals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements during service activities.
Perform functional testing and quality checks before returning equipment to clinical use.
Maintain accurate service documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with infection control, electrical safety, and biohazard handling procedures.
