Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Indonesia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, maintain and repair haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at hospital sites across Yogyakarta region. You will work with clinical teams to ensure uptime and safety.

Requires a Diploma in Electro medical Engineering, STR license preferred, and 1 year of medical device experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma in electro-medical engineering or equivalent.
Professional license as Electromedics (STR) preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical devices; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, maintain haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment following SOPs and safety rules.
Provide clear technical explanations to hospital staff regarding equipment operation.
Document service activities accurately and timely.
Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
Attend standby and emergency call-outs as required.
