FLSmidth is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to deliver onsite support, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex mining equipment across Southeast Asia. You will ensure uptime, train customers, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You should have 3–5 years in mining or heavy industrial service, strong hands-on skills, and be prepared for extensive travel to mine sites. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train customers effectively.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across mine sites in Southeast Asia.

What You Bring
