Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in sales, field outreach, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience operating tech equipment and basic computer use.
• Comfortable approaching businesses and starting conversations.
• Strong communication and clear presentation skills.
• Organized with diligent follow-up and record-keeping.
• Willingness to spend most time in the field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit local businesses in priority industries.
• Explain Atlas Capture’s mission, how recording works, and partnership details.
• Use tech equipment and demo videos to convey value.
• Qualify businesses based on tasks, workers, and environment quality.
• Present offers within the trial + renewal structure and secure signed agreements.
• Log leads and conversations in the CRM; coordinate with Sales Support.
• Keep the Sales Manager updated on accounts, blockers, and opportunities.
• Aim to hit weekly outreach targets and grow active recording sites.
• Represent Atlas Capture professionally with business owners and staff.
