Job summary

Forestown International Consulting Inc. in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to build strong relationships with retail partners and strengthen product visibility through regular field activities.

You will conduct daily visits to stores, support promotions and campaigns with retailers, collect market insights, and report weekly and monthly field performance.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with retail partners, strengthening product visibility, gathering market insights, and supporting sales growth through regular field activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in sales and marketing, enjoys working directly with retail partners, and is comfortable conducting daily field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Support retail partners in improving product availability, shelf placement, and overall product visibility.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with retail shops.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in field sales, retail sales, or consumer products.
• Experience in the vape, FMCG, 3C, or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales activities, and consumer behavior.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and meeting retail partners across Jakarta.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age of 21.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing connections with retail shops, distributors, or vape stores in Jakarta.
• Experience in retail marketing, product promotions, or consumer product distribution.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners.
