Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Malang to drive area sales and lead a team of 15-20 Promoters. The role requires monitoring field activities and ensuring programs meet targets.

You will visit merchants daily, build relationships with PIC stores, and coordinate with partner operations to gather market insights. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Experience in sales and willingness to work shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area; good communication and marketing skills with social media.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant and maintain good relationship with PIC store.
• Ensure the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitoring the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoter.
