Indodana is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to drive targets, visit merchants daily, and maintain strong store relationships in Surakarta. The role involves overseeing 15-20 Sales Promoters, ensuring program execution, and coordinating with partner teams to address field issues.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and be willing to work in shifts in the Surakarta area.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Senior High School completed.
• Minimum 2 years in related sales field.
• Strong leadership and team-area management with good communication and marketing skills using social media.
• Prefer non-management staff with experience in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.
• Placement: Surakarta.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant and build good relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure the program in its area runs well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotion in store.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoter.
