Job summary

Indodana is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Kupang to drive regional sales targets and build strong merchant relationships. You will oversee a team of Promoters, ensure promotional activities are in place, and coordinate with partner teams to monitor competition and field issues.

The role requires leadership, teamwork, and effective communication to deliver program success and meet area targets. Flexibility for shifting schedules is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience is essential.
• Strong communication and marketing skills, including social media, are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and maintaining good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs run well and sales targets are met in the area.
• Place POP materials/promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales info, competition, and field issues.
• Manage 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Conduct field team training and refresher sessions for Promoters.
