Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as Team Leader, Business Development Supervisor, or Sales Supervisor in agriinput is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a good attitude, high motivation, and discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Find and acquire new partners in agriinput.

General Overview

The Sales Supervisor supports and supervises Sales Coordinator in ensuring that Jiva operations are efficient and possess the right degree of integrity. The Agriinput Commercial Coordinator oversees all activities happening on the operation and provides management with the right inputs to make best decisions for the operation. This role will report to Sales Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Find and acquire new R1/R2 partners in agriinput in accordance with the criteria and conditions set by the company.
  • Develop, manage and grow the partners.
  • Support the sales coordinator to secure the existing and potential R2 partners, including negotiations.
  • Identify and initiate promotion programs to increase Jiva market shares.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma (D3).
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a related role (Team Leader, Business Development Supervisor, Sales Supervisor). Experience in agriinput (saprodi) is preferred.
  • Good attitude and high motivation.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills; honest, disciplined, and good initiative.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Target and result oriented.
  • Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills.
  • Understand the use of internet‑based technology (such as social media applications, websites, etc.).
  • Willing to work with high mobility, having a motor vehicle and an active Type C driver’s license.
  • English language skills are an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in all Lampung area.
